Power Technologies 9 is centred around the exploration and understanding of how things move. Students have the opportunity to use the Design Thinking process to design, build and test a variety of hands-on projects including Mousetrap Cars, LED Masks, Sumo Bots, and Hydraulic Arms. This course is well suited to students who have an interest in creating functional projects from a variety of materials while using tools ranging from glue guns to power tools.
