This class is open to all orchestral string musicians! Participation in performances and rehearsals is required; performances may occur in the evenings and sometimes take place away from the school. Classes meet on Mondays at 8:00am and Thursdays, 3:30 – 4:45 p.m.

• For players of violin, viola, cello or double bass, this course continues to develop individual technique, orchestral tone and ensemble playing skills
• Performance repertoire is used to study all aspects of the curriculum, including music theory and history
• Small ensemble and solo opportunities are available
