Social Studies: Sports Psychology 12

Sport Psychology 12 is an ELECTIVE course that allows for the exploration of self in competitive environments. The course strives to enhance the ability of students to practice and implement specific mental skills and strategies before, during, and after competition. Mental strength development using specific techniques to further enhance one’s ability to compete under pressure or duress to increase success.

Please note: Sport Psychology 12 does not fulfill the Senior Social Studies Credit required for graduation; it is an elective.
