Geography 11/12 is an excellent course that will allow you to look around at the world in which we live and begin to understand some of the complexities and challenges that we currently face. We will look at the vastly different environments on earth -from deserts to tropical rainforests – and how and why they exist. As well, this course will examine how human activity impacts our environment and how to sustainably manage it for future generations. We will look into such topics as waste management, energy use, water use, pollution, and resource management & sustainability.
